Oral and Environmental Tissue Cancers

Cancer emerges as a discomfort that exists today and leaves humanity helpless from the definition of Hippocrates. Negative changes in the mouth, such as in many diseases, are important for early diagnosis. The human body basically comes from three cellular layers. We can simply define them as outer layer, inner layer and intermediate layer. The cells in these layers differentiate into tissues and organs. Usually the tissues and organs consist of a single layer, but the organs in the mouth are formed by cells that grow from three different layers. The chances of getting cancer from three different layers of tissue and organs are higher than other organs. Better oral hygiene, smoking, chewing and biting the lips may cause cancer by accelerating cellular changes. We have the opportunity to make early diagnosis with light source of different wavelength, as it is the complicated surgical methods for early diagnosis.
